Job Description:

  • Entry level position focusing on gaining product knowledge while assisting Sales Engineers with managing selected accounts
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations
  • Participate in trade shows, sales meetings and other scheduled events.
  • Manage selected customers in an efficient manner to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services and developing new applications
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contract
  • Respond to all inquiries and sales requests within specified timeframe
  • Act as a liaison between TiMOTION Applications Team and the customer
  • Track quote status and sales statistics and submits to Sales Engineer or President for periodic reviews
  • Gather competitive and market intelligence
  • Travel throughout North America as required. Occasional travel to China for training

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 4 Year Business or Engineering Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university. Open to equivalent education and relevant experience
  • Minimum 1 year business to business sales and account management experience
